What is the InnerWork Group?

It is a group that is dedicated towards self-development and inner-work. The goal of this group is to create a safe container to explore the inner realms of the psyche. We will explore various dreamwork activities, process-oriented meditations, breathwork, and more. These practices will help deepen your inner work practices. We will also create space to share and process experiences.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in your process or not too sure what to do during these uncertain times, this group is create to support you in your inner process.

Dive in, explore your inner worlds, break free from patterns, and begin to create change in your life.

This group is for those who can fully commit to an 8-week course.
